My friend Rose from Iowa State and her girlfriend Jennifer were in town last weekend from NC for short visit ... we took advantage of a beautiful Saturday afternoon and went hiking at the nearby Great Falls National Park/C&O Canal. The last time I had seen Rose was three years ago almost to the week, and we went hiking on the very same trail! See what a difference three years can make!
